Community Seed Swap at the Southern SAWG Conference - Little Rock, Arkansas 
This will be a good opportunity to meet seed savers and learn about varieties dear to their hearts. Don’t forget to bring your seeds! Bring photos and samples too if you can. There will be lots of heirloom seeds not commonly available (and hints on how to save them yourself) from these top notch organic growers. This is part of the Southern SAWG Annual Conference held at the Mobile Convention Center.

Kansas City SeedSavers Annual Winter Exchange - MO

Seed and Bulb exchange. Also starts for fermenting foods (scobi etc). No live plant material please! Door prizes.
Bring your seeds and bulbs to trade with other gardeners. No GMOs please. There will also be fermented food starters, herbal products, and Native American items that will be traded. Washington Gardener Seed Exchange - MD/DC

Brookside Gardens, Wheaton, MD 

Washington Gardener Magazine, the publication for DC- area gardening enthusiasts, is hosting the seventh annual Washington Seed Exchange. This event includes lectures, face-to-face seed swap, and more. You bring your extra seeds to swap with other gardeners. Everyone will leave with a bag full of seeds, new garden friends and expert planting advice. Fee includes lectures, goody bag and seed swap.

Fee: $15/person $10 for Washington Gardener subscribers and Friends of Brookside Gardens.

7th Annual Seed and Houseplant Swap - Upstate NY
Rochester Civic Garden Center, Rochester, NY 

Co-sponsored by the Upstate Gardeners’ Journal
Fee: $15 includes both talks, the swaps, and refreshments. You are encouraged to bring seeds and houseplant cuttings to swap, but they are not required, and there will be plenty for everyone to take some home. Join us for a garden fix in the dead of winter, with two fun and informative talks and an opportunity to swap seeds and houseplant cuttings with fellow enthusiasts. Beat the winter blues and get a head start on spring.

First Annual National Seed Swap Day - Seattle, WA
Held bt King County Seed Library
 The adventure begins at 1:30 p.m. with a seed-saving workshop by seed-saving guru and KCSL director Caitlin Moore. After the workshop, beginning about 3:00 p.m., KCSL will be offering free seeds to the community. Participants are encouraged to bring their own seeds to contribute to the swap, which will help protect the genetic diversity and overall health of our local seed stores.
The event will be at the Good Shepherd Center, Room 202, at 4649 Sunnyside Avenue North in Seattle. The event is free and open to the public, and you don’t have to bring your own seeds to participate.

2nd Annual Seed Swap - Decatur, GA

This event is free and open to all gardeners – whether you are a member of a community garden or tend vegetables in your own yard. Join us on national seed swap day to share your seeds, your knowledge, and your enthusiasm for different plant varieties with other gardeners and farmers. Connect with folks who might be your neighbors, or who might be from anywhere in our bioregion. Farming for the Future Conference, State College, PA 
Held as part of Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA)

One person’s extra seeds are treasures for another! Bring along your extra or saved open-pollinated seeds to share, and swap them for some new varieties to take home. It’s easy to join in the PASA Seed Swap. Gather the seeds you’d like to share. Place your seeds in envelopes or bags clearly labeled with plant name/variety, location and date seeds were saved – include your contact information if you’re willing – and bring them with you to the conference. Drop your seeds off at the swap table and browse for some new-to-you seeds to plant this spring. The seed swap area will be open beginning Thursday evening, and will have social hours during breakfast on Friday and Saturday mornings. 2014 Kaw Valley Seed Fair - KS

Douglas County Fairgrounds, Lawrence, KS

Seed Exchange. Vendors, food, lectures.

More than 1,000 visitors came to the fair during each of the past three years, and we expect a similar turnout this year for this wonderful event.
Bring your seeds to exchange, or just pick some up at the fair. The exchange also will include books, videos and other gardening and seed-saving resources. Please bring books, etc., that you'd like to pass on to others. We especially welcome heirloom, open-pollinated seed.

Ogden Nature Center.  It begins with a mini workshop and informal discussion at 10:00 am.  Seed Swap begins at 11:00. Bring your open-pollinated or heirloom seeds to trade. but you do not need to bring seeds to participate. Bring extra envelopes for your trades or purchases.
